Belanger's Chemical Tire Applicator (CTA) is a great way for both tunnel and in-bay wash operators to drive wash package revenue. This CTA has been designed to apply a constantly mixed solution onto the wheels of a vehicle, as the vehicle travels through the wash.

     The CTA consists of a pair of free-standing applicators that are activated when a vehicle's tires roll over a Bell Hose style switch. Once the switch is activated, the dual nozzle pairs of CTAs turn on and apply an even coat of chemical to the wheels. The length of time chemical is dispensed from the applicators is set within the electrical enclosure on the pumping panel.

     For the wash operator's convenience, the OFF delay timer inside the electrical enclosure can be quickly adjusted to match the traveling speed of the vehicle and ensure superior application coverage with minimal chemical consumption.
